Kristen Fulmer is a sustainability expert, focused on maximizing performance and promoting health and wellbeing within the built environment. In 2022, Kristen joined OVG360 to lead OVG’s corporate sustainability strategy as well as OVG’s Sustainability Program, GOAL (Green Operations & Advanced Leadership). Prior to OVG, Kristen ran a consultancy that supported sports organizations’ sustainability strategy. She previously led WeWork’s Global Sustainability Advisory Team, which focused on delivering customized sustainability solutions for Enterprise members. Early in her career, Kristen spent time working as a sustainability consultant for a third-party consulting firm and in-house for Lendlease, an international construction management and development firm. Kristen holds an MS in Sustainable Design from the University of Texas’ School of Architecture and a BS in Public & Urban Affairs from Virginia Tech’s School of Architecture. Kristen is a LEED AP O+M, ID+C, ND; a WELL AP; a Fitwel Ambassador; a TRUE Advisor; and an EcoDistricts AP.

Dan is Head of Sustainability at Right Formula where he leads the delivery of sustainability for a range of sports and brands.
Dan won the 2020 inaugural Global Association for International Sport Federation’s Sustainability Award and was recently crowned ‘2021 Environmental Professional of the Year’ by the Society for the Environment at COP 26.
Before Right Formula he was Head of Sustainability at the international federation World Sailing where he developed and managed the global sustainability programme.
Prior to this, he spent 9 years at the national governing body, the Royal Yachting Association and British Marine (the leisure marine trade association) on a collaborative environmental programme.
During his time at the RYA he was seconded to London 2012 where he was the Olympic and Paralympic Sailing Competition Sustainability Manager and was responsible for the first venue in the world being certified to ISO 20121.
Dan has worked across various sports on sustainability strategy and delivery including Formula E teams, World Rowing World Cup, Wimbledon hospitality, 6 Day, Powerboat P1, The America’s Cup and others.
He is Co-Chair of the UN’s Sports for Climate Action Framework, Board Member for British Association for Sustainable Sport and a member of British Triathlon’s Sustainability Commission and the RNLI’s Sustainability Advisory Group.
He is a Chartered Environmentalist, a full member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment and a Certified Marina Professional.

Joao Frigerio is an Entrepreneur, Consultant and Creative Problem-Solver working in Sport.
He was born and raised in Brazil, where he studied journalism. In 2004, he moved to Europe to study in the FIFA Master, and soon after that started a career in sports, having worked for FIFA, Sportcal, and then starting his own consultancy business, JF Sports Consulting.
In 2017 he launched the iWorkinSport Job Fair, the first truly international career fair focused in the sports industry. The event brings together graduates from some of the best sports management programmes in the world and recruiters from top sports organisations, such as FIFA, UEFA, the International Olympic Committee, FIBA, adidas, Puma, Juventus FC, Manchester City FC and many others.
The business has evolved and, in addition to the traditional job fair, the company also offers digital events – namely the Virtual Job Fair and the Education Virtual Expo, which promotes sports management programmes to prospective students.
Joao also serves as the Executive Director of the FIFA Master Alumni Association, an organisation that comprises more than 600 sports professionals worldwide.

Moreover, she is an MBA Instructor in Sport & Sustainability at the University of Oregon’s Lundquist College of Business, inEugene, OR and a tennis instructor for young girls. She has a diverse background in the sport business industry, having previously worked at Nike, Nielson Sports (formerly Repucom), and for both the Vancouver 2010 Olympic & Paralympic Winter Games and the Invictus Games Toronto 2017 in brand strategy, advertising, research and broadcast integration. Abigail Martín Maldonado is the Director of Sustainability & Development Projects of Euroleague Basketball, responsible for the planning and execution of the social responsibility and environmental projects of the company.
Abigail works at Euroleague since its founding in the year 2000, when she joined the Marketing area until 2005 when she became Events department director for a decade starting in 2005, leading the planning and execution of the events for EuroLeague and EuroCup, with the negotiation, planification and execution of the EuroLeague Final Fours being the most demanding and satisfying project from that period along with the evaluation of creative events’ opportunities in new markets.
In 2015 she took the opportunity to put her experience and knowledge to serve the growth of the corporate social responsibility of the company, initiating a journey to incorporate sustainability within the company’s business agenda to adjust to the United Nations Agenda 2030 and its 17 Sustainability Development Goals. Main projects include the company’s social program One Team being officially implemented by all EuroLeague and EuroCup clubs starting 2017 and the transition of the EuroLeague Final Four and the clubs to sustainability.

Sara works across organisations to embed sustainability expertise and catalyse systemic change in operations and behaviours, currently at UK Sport and most recently at the V&A museum. Sara has worked in sustainability at different levels from strategic planning to practical implementation, in the higher education, local government and charity sectors. She loves connecting people and ideas to make positive change happen. She is also the Climate Change Trustee for the Museums Association and a Scout leader.
